Fold all is not working properly #2905

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it
Fold all does not work at all sometimes, and when it works, it only folds code in the upper part of the file, and I'm not talking about nested code here, although it fails at that too. The code I'm folding is top level, they are express js api routes, and the "fold all" only folds a few of them in a large file, meanwhile the older version if this app, specifically v1.11.7 , works perfectly. It seems a lot of things are broken in the latest versions of this app and some have been rendered less effective, the fold alldoes not even fold nested code well.

Fold command is working as expected. Idk what are you talking
Provide the sample file or language mode etc where you faced it so we can fix it.

This pattern usually points to a syntax issue in the file itself, not a bug.
Folding is based on brace/bracket matching, if there's an unclosed or mismatched brace anywhere in the file, everything before it folds correctly, and everything after it fails to fold (including nested blocks), because brace-depth tracking gets thrown off at that point.
Run formatter, if it fail, the code is the problem.

@TonyGeez Folding inside this exact same file, works perfectly fine on older versions of this app, specifically v 1.11.7. That's the version I usually return to because these newer versions are broken and too buggy, like this folding and fold widgets

@bajrangCoder @TonyGeez This is my production code and it runs perfectly fine, a missing curly bracket would throw an obvious error in the prod environment, and like I've mentioned before, the fold works perfectly on v 1.11.7, which proves that this new version is just broken.

There was a regression in foldall with a pretty big file which is already patched.
but regarding that fold not shown for
const {..}block is from parser side as that doesnt treat as fold range.
