530 Please login with USER and PASS. #85

When trying to connect to FTPS, I get the error above if I use tcpdump (and SSLHandshakeFailed in the popup). If I switch to FTP, it says "Not logged in", and TCP dump says USER PI, and then doesn't connect (which is expected). Any ideas?
