PEP 745: Missing 3.14.9 release #5193

Python 3.14.9 was released on October 21, 2026, as an expedited security release, but [PEP 745](https://peps.python.org/pep-0745/) still lists it under Expected with a scheduled release date of December 1, 2026.

Could the release schedule be updated to:

• Move Python 3.14.9 to the Actual releases, dated October 21, 2026.
• Adjust the upcoming Expected releases and version numbers, if necessary, to account for this early release.
